Source Selection
Every guide starts with primary technical sources — datasheets, reference designs, IEEE papers, and manufacturer documentation. We don’t summarize blog posts.

Technical Depth
We explain the engineering, not just the product. If a smart thermostat uses a PID control loop, we explain PID control. If a solar inverter uses MPPT, we explain MPPT.

Transparency
We may earn revenue from content, traffic, or affiliate sources. No manufacturer or vendor pays to influence our analysis. When we recommend something, it’s because the engineering holds up.

Regular Updates
Technology moves fast. Guides are reviewed quarterly and updated when underlying technology, standards, or best practices change. Every guide shows its version date.
